RULES FOR BUYING ONLINE
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer (the “You”) and the Seller (the “We”) when you purchase goods in the Online Store (the ” E-shop).
The moment of conclusion of the contract of sale
The contract between you and us shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment you click on the “Order” button in the e-shop, after having formed the shopping cart, given the delivery address, chosen the payment method and acquainted with our rules. Every contract made between us and you is stored in the e-shop.
You have the right to buy goods in the e-shop in accordance with these rules and the e-shop. You have the right to cancel the contract of sale of goods with the e-shop, unless the contract of sale cannot be canceled, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
You must accept the ordered goods and pay for the agreed amount. If your registration form changes, you must inform us immediately.
If the Buyer attempts to impair the operation or stability of the e-Store, We may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend, or, in exceptional cases, cancel the order. We may temporarily or permanently discontinue operation of the E-shop without notice to you in the event of material circumstances. We may change the terms of these terms and conditions unilaterally.
To create all conditions for you to properly use the services provided by the e-shop. Deliver the goods you have ordered, to the address you specify and within the agreed delivery time or to service you upon arrival at the salon. If, in important circumstances, we are unable to deliver your ordered product to you, we undertake to contact you to offer an equivalent product and, if you refuse to accept an analogue product, to refund your money within 72 hours if you have made a prepayment.
Payment of goods
You can pay through the electronic banking system, pay in advance, pay by courier or pay at the office.
It is possible to buy by leasing. Please contact the managers personally for conditions.
In case of special order, the online shop may require a 30% advance payment.
The order will only start to be executed upon payment.
Delivery of goods
When ordering goods, we commit to the terms specified on the delivery page. If we do not have the item in stock, we will contact you and arrange a separate delivery date or refund.
The total delivery time for the order is determined by the most recent item in the order.
The goods are delivered by the seller or transport authorized by the seller. The goods are delivered to the customer’s predetermined address and only to the place where the car can be approached. All goods, regardless of their weight, are delivered throughout Lithuania.
If you notice a shipment violation, you must not accept the shipment and note it on the consignment note. Once you have accepted the item and signed the bill of lading without comment, the shipment is deemed to have been delivered in an orderly manner.
Returning the goods
Returns shall be made in accordance with the 2001 Regulations. June 29th Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania Nr. 217 “On Approval of the Rules for Returning and Replacing Items”.
You have the right to return the item received to us within 14 days after explaining the reasons for returning it in writing. The time limit shall run from the time of receipt of the goods.
The returned item must be fully assembled. You are responsible for completing and packing the item. If the item is not fully assembled and properly packaged, we or our representative will not accept the item for return. The item must be returned in the package in which it was delivered. The packaging must be intact, clean, properly prepared and packed.
In the event of a poorer quality or incomplete return, the missing value may be claimed. This provision does not apply if the quality of the item is impaired solely by inspection – which you would have done at the store. Typically, you can avoid the liability obligation if you do not use the item as the owner and do not take any action that could reduce the value of the item.
When a defective product is returned, we undertake to pick up the defective product and replace it with an equivalent product. In the event that we do not have a similar item, we will refund the money paid for the item.
Returns do not apply to goods that have been manufactured to the customer’s specific instructions.
Refunds are at the customer’s expense and risk.
If, at the time of delivery, the item is defective, the seller undertakes to remove the item. Assiduus UAB shall have the right first of all to repair or replace it at its own discretion. In the event of defective delivery or delay in delivery within the period specified by the customer, the customer may: request a reduction in the purchase price or cancel the order.
The duration of the warranty obligations is indicated for each item in months from the moment of delivery.
1. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the registration form. If you do not provide accurate data in the registration form, we are not responsible for any consequences thereof. You are responsible for the actions taken in the use of the e-shop.
2. In the event of any misunderstanding regarding the quality of the goods, the warranty, any questions regarding installation / installation or delivery of the order, please always contact us (Contact) and we will try to help and expeditiously resolve the issue.

We will send all notifications to the email address provided on your registration form and, if necessary, will contact you by telephone. You send all messages and questions to the address or e-mail address listed in the “Contacts” section of our e-shop or call the given phone number.
The Buyer agrees that Assiduus UAB will have access to its email address and other data provided by the Buyer (Name, telephone number, etc.), and gives permission for the data to be stored and allows the Seller to send newsletters to the Buyer (also from other Seller-operated websites)
These rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disagreement arising out of the implementation of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of disagreement, the disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
